Dr. Yiğit Cem Öğretmen graduated from Okan University’s Faculty of Dentistry in 2022. While continuing to work in private clinics as a general dentist, in 2022 he began a doctoral program in the Department of Periodontology at Okan University’s Faculty of Dentistry. He is a member of the Istanbul Chamber of Dentists, the Turkish Dental Association, and the Turkish Society of Periodontology. In 2023, he delivered an oral presentation at the 52nd Scientific Congress of the Turkish Society of Periodontology on his work titled “Evaluation of Dentists’ Attitudes in Periodontal Examination and Oral Hygiene Applications.” Also in 2023, he completed training in the “Applied Mucogingival Esthetic Surgery Course.” His main clinical interests include non surgical and surgical periodontal therapies, mucogingival surgeries, laser applications, and implant treatments.
